1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, upload images, make a purchase, or contact us for support.

  • Account Information: Email address, name, and authentication provider details
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our services
  • Image Data: Images you upload for processing
  • Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe
  • Connected App Data: OAuth grants, requested permissions, and identifiers needed to connect approved clients such as ChatGPT and Codex

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Process your transactions and manage your subscriptions
  • Send you technical notices and support messages
  • Respond to your comments and questions
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions

3. Connected Apps and Product Photography

When you connect a Monipix plugin, the connected client sends the product image and creation instructions you choose to Monipix. We use your Monipix account identifier to show a quote, reserve the confirmed credits, create the requested images, and return the task status and results. The Product Photography plugin does not receive your Monipix password or payment-card details.

A plugin connection is limited to the permissions shown on the consent screen. You can cancel before connecting and can revoke the connection from the connected client.

4. Data Storage and Retention

  • One-time OAuth handoff records expire after 10 minutes.
  • Plugin access tokens expire after 1 hour, and refresh tokens expire after no more than 30 days unless revoked sooner.
  • Source images imported through Product Photography are automatically deleted from plugin upload storage after no more than 7 days.
  • Generated outputs and task records are retained with your creation history until you request deletion or delete your account.
  • Security and operational logs are retained for up to 90 days unless a longer period is needed to investigate abuse, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation.
  • Transaction and tax records are retained for the period required by applicable law.

You can request deletion through our contact form. Deleting or hiding an item in product history may not immediately remove copies from backups or service-provider caches; those copies age out under the applicable retention schedule.

Product Photography import links are not copied into durable object metadata. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose only the information needed to operate the service to the following processors and recipients:

  • OpenAI when you choose to use Monipix through ChatGPT or Codex
  • Cloudflare for network delivery and media storage, and Supabase for account and task data
  • Generation providers that process the source image and instructions needed to produce the requested output
  • Stripe for payments, and analytics and error-monitoring providers for service reliability
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law, to investigate abuse, or to protect users and the service
  • Other recipients with your consent or at your direction

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access and update your account information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Opt-out of marketing communications
  • Request a copy of your personal data
  • Revoke a connected plugin and request deletion of imported images and generated results

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our service and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
